Adhoc Learning is not the same as last year. True, we have changed, and changed naturally because we wanted to change, so there was a reasonable resistance. As experts, we do call on these issues, we know that the more resistance it opposes more difficult to get the change we need Adhoc Learning.

The other day I was talking about my grandmother’s recipe. Today I will talk a bit more about it. After more than 30 years in a company like IBM, I learned, used and even designed methodologies. I can therefore appreciate the value that a company provides.

Some months ago I wrote a post about using tablets a learning devices. Although I don’t like to link commercial brands in my blog, I think this a good time to do an exception. Today I saw this announcement from Apple.

We return to the blogger activity and, as promised, with the second part of this post about the survey on the use of customer education as a tool for marketing and sales.

2011 is arriving to the end, Adhoc Learning had an extraordinary year, full of ideas and enthusiasm where we have learnt how to better serve our customers. We take a short break to reload batteries and we’ll restart 2012 full of energy.
