Reach your objective

The other day I was talking about my grandmother’s recipe. Today I will talk a bit more about it. After more than 30 years in a company like IBM, I learned, used and even designed methodologies. I can therefore appreciate the value that a company provides.

A methodology is a recipe for Grandma, the jar of essence. This is where an organization holds his talent, his science. Because you used a methodology for the systematic analysis of problems and synthesize ideas. It moves you to the highest levels of professional competence.

Now creating a methodology requires a strong will of analysis, large doses of patience and observation to use the technique of testing error. If we are able to do this get an asset to our company that no one can match.

Therefore, Adhoc Learning has pursued the goal of having a logical method that streamlines the design, avoid blunders, provides consistency and lowers the cost of course. And modestly I think we almost have it! A method that allows us to gauge and build an educational program from a business objective.

And although we have tools to put the final product in the hands of our customers, we know that what matters is the method that supports them. Remember that you are not a project manager for knowing how to use MS Project, but know how to manage or mitigate changes among other skills. The same applies to the design and construction of educational programs.

Adhoc Learning has chosen to educate vendors and customers, companies in these times we survive if we sell, our clients and their customers the same.
