Marketing and sales challenges (2)
We return to the blogger activity and, as promised, with the second part of this post about the survey on the use of customer education as a tool for marketing and sales.
The next question we launched was: How important is customer education for your company (ie market chain actors)? Good answer, at least for us. A 36% consider it absolutely critical, 61% very important.
And finally, if it is so important, how it is managed in your company. 17% answered that there was a specific organization, 23% that it is performed by the marketing department with external resources, 33% for the moment it is a plan and 27% (surprise, only 3% said it was little or no importance) that it is not currently a priority.
