License to live (and to survive among crisis)

These last days felt in my hands, “License to Live” from Fadi Bujana, short but really dense book, one of those books that are kept as a treasure. I will not reveal its contents, just repeat what the author announces, “a structured and enjoyable Autocoaching.”

How hard is what the author tries! Since coaching is one of the most complex “arts” taught by masters, imagine that self-administered is even more complex. But what I discovered is that Fadi Bujana puts on the scale the moral pillars of the person, in current times those are more valuable than ever to confront the self-monitoring environment we are subjected to by “The good crisis” (by Alex Rovira) .

During my years as a project manager, I had no choice but to be disciplined, or otherwise projects and got out of control. Today our daily life requires to be disciplined. What does that mean? what does it mean?. Does it mean being a good citizen? or being a good employee? or a good entrepreneur?

Clearly, we must be “good” in life, but more important than that which Bujana Fadi says: “Be yourself, act and measure results”

So being disciplined means putting goals in imperative, there is no room for exceptions. The same is true for our personal profile, it’s worth for our personal projects, companies and customers. Let’s say from my own thinking, that I would add the time dimension with the tag line ”do it on time.”

So I agree with the formula of success that both as Alex Rovira Bujana Fadi propose to us.
