EdX is a joint partnership between The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Harvard University to offer online learning to millions of people around the world. EdX will offer Harvard and MIT classes online for free.

New trends in learning are evolving not only to the combination of experiences in different channels, but to the combination of the real world with the virtual world. This is what is being called “augmented reality”.

During the workshop that took place in the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid, attendees learnt innovative techniques to manage customer objections. The most important conclusion was that when a customer raises an objection, an opportunity for additional business opens in front of us; let us learn how to take advantage of it.
