Grandma’s recipe
Adhoc Learning is not the same as last year. True, we have changed, and changed naturally because we wanted to change, so there was a reasonable resistance. As experts, we do call on these issues, we know that the more resistance it opposes more difficult to get the change we need Adhoc Learning.

Reach your objective
The other day I was talking about my grandmother's recipe. Today I will talk a bit more about it. After more than 30 years in a company like IBM, I learned, used and even designed methodologies. I can therefore appreciate the value that a company provides.
